Dear SPRISCAP Members,

As you might be already reading and experiencing changes of US immigration policies due to the new president’s banning of international refugees, SPR, which is an international organization, might be affected. For example, you may feel like you need to avoid US meetings in case your entrance to US might be rejected.

If you have any comments and concerns about the future SPR meetings and how it affects SPR and our group, please feel free to write to this listserve or to me directly. I will bring them up to the executive committee. I also appreciate if you could bring it up, if you have some objection about discussing more political issues.
