Dear Katie,

You might want to look into the parental reflective functioning questionnaire/interview if you do not already know about it.

Not sure if the questionnaire is publicly available yet, but if you ask at the Anna Freud Centre, they should be able to help.

Subject: CaFTR Outcome Measures Under 5's work

Dear Colleagues,

I am a Child Psychotherapist working in Tameside and Glossop Early Attachment Service in Greater Manchester. Our service, which has previously been an Under 2's Service is extending its age range to Under 5's. We are adopting the Tavistock Under5's brief consultation model.

In view of this we are looking at additional outcome measures we could adopt. We currently use the PIRGAS, ASQ-SE, MORS, PSi4, GAD7 and PHQ9. We are also hoping to receive reliability rating in PIRAT.

What measures are people currently finding useful? We are particularly interested in measures that capture qualitative aspects of parent-infant/child relationships and changes.

With Kind Regards,

Katie Reid
