This is a special issue of JCP, guest edited by Kevin Meehan and me. The focus of the special issue was Self-Regulation. Most of the papers are focused on adult populations but you will likely find the constructs they cover relevant and useful. I am attaching our group's paper, Resilience, Defense Mechanisms, and Implicit Emotion Regulation in Psychodynamic Child Psychotherapy, to this email. I'm very proud of my graduate student's contributions to this paper; Anthea Malone is a wonderful scholar and is second author on the paper. Enjoy! Best, Tracy ------------------------- Tracy A.
